Privacy Policy

ClipHouse Studio ("Studio", "we") is operated by ClipHouse for creators in the ClipHouse community. Contact: clipsmoments739@gmail.com.

1. Information we collect

When you sign in with TikTok we receive, with your permission: your TikTok open ID, display name and avatar (scope user.info.basic), and an access token and refresh token that let Studio publish videos you confirm (scope video.publish). When you post, Studio receives the video file you choose, the caption and the post settings you pick.

2. How we use it

Only to show which TikTok account is connected, to read the posting options TikTok allows for your account, and to publish the videos you explicitly confirm and report their status. We do not use TikTok data for advertising or profiling, we do not sell it, and we never post anything you have not confirmed.

3. Storage and security

Tokens are kept in an encrypted, HTTP-only session cookie (AES-GCM) and are never shown in the browser or shared. Video files you upload are passed through our servers directly to TikTok while posting and are not kept afterwards. Captions and settings are not stored after the post is sent.

4. Sharing

We share data only with TikTok (to publish your video) and with our hosting provider Cloudflare (which processes uploads in transit), or when required by law.

5. Your choices

You can disconnect at any time with "Disconnect TikTok" in Studio, which deletes your session, or in the TikTok app under Settings > Security > Manage app permissions. Email us to request access to or deletion of your data; we respond within 30 days.

6. Children

Studio is not intended for anyone under 18.

7. Changes

We will post changes on this page and update the effective date.
