Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ClipHouse Studio ("Studio"), operated by ClipHouse for creators in the ClipHouse community. By using Studio you agree to these Terms and to TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Music Usage Confirmation and, where applicable, Branded Content Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and may connect only your own TikTok account.

2. Your content

Studio is for original videos you created. You are responsible for the videos and captions you upload and publish, and you confirm you own or have permission to use everything in them, including music. You choose every post setting; Studio publishes only what you confirm.

3. Acceptable use

No spam, no infringing or misleading content, no attempts to bypass TikTok limits, and no uploading content copied from others, and no use with any TikTok account other than your own.

4. TikTok connection

Studio uses TikTok's official Login Kit and Content Posting API. You can disconnect at any time in Studio or in TikTok's app permissions.

5. Service

Studio is provided "as is" without warranties. We may change or discontinue it. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (Studio is currently free).

6. Termination

We may suspend access for breaches of these Terms.
